Installation: Root element is missing

I'm running "mojoportal-2-3-6-7-mssql-net40-deploymentfiles" on a MSSQL.

I have a new installation (webroot) but addressing a DB that I am using from another web root. I can't get the installation to start. I've tried both full trust and medium trust. The web hotell is providing full trust.

I get the following error:

Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Root element is missing.

Source Error:

Re: Installation: Root element is missing

Its possible the file was corrupted during upload. You could try uploading it again, or if you are not concerned about supporting Chinese you could delete that file the error complains about.

Hope that helps,

Joe
