Re: Formwizard Pro question for Joe (error included)

Joe,

I tried to upgrade the site, and it is just too much work for me right now.  Do you have archive access for the older versions of formwizard?

Thanks,

Bob

Re: Formwizard Pro question for Joe (error included)

Hi Bob,

If you tell me your mojoPortal version from Administration > System Information, I can email you an older compatible version of Form Wizard Pro.

Best,

Joe

Re: Formwizard Pro question for Joe (error included)

Joe,

Thanks for the quick reply.  I am running version 2.3.6.6.  In the future, is it OK for me to set up a shadow site and experiment on upgrading it?  Then when it works properly, I can switch the site over.  I know that means that the formwizard will be installed twice (which is a violation of the EULA), but I don't feel confident enough to upgrade it in place.

Regards,

Bob

Re: Formwizard Pro question for Joe (error included)

Hi Bob,

I've just sent you the previous version of Form Wizard Pro which will work with mojoPortal 2.3.6.6.

The Single Installation License does only allow you to use it on a single production installation but you are also allowed to use it in testing/staging environments.

Best,

Joe
