Form Wizard Pro Help

Hi,

I have just installed Form Wizard Pro on our website, and it all seemed to go in fine with the feature now being available on the dropdown list.

The problem I have is I have created a new page to test it, added the feature, then when I open the page its just not there? no title, no option to edit settings or anything?

Am I doing something wrong?

Re: Form Wizard Pro Help

also, now when I create any new page, my administration bar is not visible at all? yet its there in all the pages I have built in the past

Am I being a bit dense here?

Re: Form Wizard Pro Help

It appears to be a bit worse than I thought, since I have applied the form wizard pro software, none of the new pages I create work. I can create the page, and I can add the content to it, but when I view the page it shows nothing, and that admin bar at the bottom is gone.

All old pages work fine?

Help!

Re: Form Wizard Pro Help

some more information:

When I go to the content manager, and try and edit a form wizard pro instance, I get this:

"

Server Error in '/' Application.

Parser Error

Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

Any ideas why its failing?

Re: Form Wizard Pro Help

What version of mojoPortal are you running? Look under Administration > System Information

The latest Form Wizard Pro requires mojoPortal 2.3.6.7 (the latest version), so would need to upgrade mojoPortal. If that is a problem then let me know your version and I can probably send you an older version of Form Wizard Pro that is compatible.

Best,

Joe

Re: Form Wizard Pro Help

Upgrading is not difficult and would be the best solution, see Upgrading from Previous Versions, there have been some changes in skins that you will need to make to your skins after upgrading, so you'll want to review the sticky thread about important skin changes.

Upgrading mojoPortal should solve it, no implications for Form Wizard Pro, it will work fine once mojoPortal is upgraded.

Best,

Joe
