cache disabled using user.config or web.config

I need to disable cache for a flickr feature.  currently I am doing it like the below inside of the web.config.  is there a better way of doing this so I can avoid upgrade issues??

<configSections>

    <section name="flickrNet" type="FlickrNet.FlickrConfigurationManager,FlickrNet"/>

  </configSections>

  <flickrNet cacheDisabled="true" />

Re: cache disabled using user.config or web.config

if you have a custom feature that needs a custom config section then of course you will have to maintain that during upgrades and restore it in the new Web.config
