getting code with tortoise Latest Version

getting code with tortoise Latest Version

I downloaded tortoise and was able to clone: https://hg01.codeplex.com/mojoportal.  When I right click the folder I have an option called "hg workbench" I do not see anything called "HG Repository Explorer".  Once inside of "hg workbench" I do see the "pull changes icon and it does work saying completed.

I right click the folder again and go to "Update" which gives me a few options: Discard Local changes, always merge, auto resolve merge conflicts, always show command log.

1.) How do I apply the update and what options do I chose as I stated above?

I guess that Workbench is something new about Tortoise HG 2.0 so I'm not familiar with it and I guess my instructions are not up to date with that version. I'm currently using Tortoise HG 1.1.9.1

No doubt it has the same functionality available but you'll have to poke around and see where they moved things. I'll upgrade when I get a chance but my current version is working fine for me so I'm in no rush.

Hi,

I just got a new laptop so I installed the latest version of Tortoise HG. Basically HG Wrokbench is the new name for Repository Explorer and they changed the icons for pulling and pushing changes and a few other changes but it works pretty much the same way as before. I've updated the article Getting the Code with TortosieHG with a screen shot showing the new icons.
