Installation of PRO Features not working

Hi!

(mojoportal 2.3.6.5 MSSQL, .NET 4, IIS 7.5, latest versions of PRO features)

I just bought Event Calendar Pro, Form Wizard Pro and Web Invoice Pro, all of them single site installations.

I have intended to use them in a child site in a multisite instalation.

I have followed the instructions and copied the files to the wwwroot folder. Touched the web.config, restarted application pool and website and have run the /setup/default.aspx for both the main site and the child site, which lists the configuration ok.

However, there are no options to add the PRO features in the child site. It works ok on the parent site, but I need it on the child site and the options are not listed when you add features to a page.

According to the license agreement, I understand that it is all right to use it in a multisite installation, isn't it?

Have I missed any step in the installation process or something?

I would appreciate a quick answer because I will demo the calendar pro function tomorrow for a client.

/Mats

Re: Installation of PRO Features not working

Hi Mats,

The setup page only installs features into the root master site but of course you can install them in child sites very easily.

In the root master site, go to Administration > Site List and click the child site, then you will see a tab for Features that allows you to add the features to the child site.

Thanks for your purchase!

Best,

Joe
