Terms and conditions for removing "Powered By mojoPortal" ?

What are the Terms and conditions for removing "Powered By mojoPortal" ?

On every theme, there is a link that says"Designed By", are we allowed to remove that ?

Re: Terms and conditions for removing "Powered By mojoPortal" ?

Please see the Intentions section of the License page for the "Powered By" link. For the "Design By" link, you will need to consult the designer for permission to remove the link.

Hi there. Joe answered these and a lot of other licensing questions recently in this thread.

Hope that helps,

Re: Terms and conditions for removing "Powered By mojoPortal" ?

The license says that "Powered By" must be included - is there any fee to remove it ? if yes, how much ?

Which is the default theme of mojo Portal ? so using it as a base theme I can design my own theme by customizing it and name it as  "Designed by me" ?

Re: Terms and conditions for removing "Powered By mojoPortal" ?

This is also covered in the FAQ

There is no requirement at all to keep the powered by mojoPortal link, but there is a requirement for the designed by link as indicated in the FAQ

Best,

Joe

Re: Terms and conditions for removing "Powered By mojoPortal" ?

Note that there is no requirement to keep the designed by link in the Artisteer skins included with mojoPortal. It is always up to the designer, most of the other designs were found on the internet and we must respect the license that the designer used for the design when he made it available.

Best,

Joe
