I just upgrade to the lastest build (4/11), I run MSSQL in full trust the Net 4.0
It seems since I upgraded, all my "pop up" like links dont render correct.
If I use a help (the little question mark) link or theme browser or file manager from the admin bar, a new basic site page comes up but its appears to be empty. If I scoll my mouse wheel the "pop up content" flickers but when I stop its gone.
I have tried this on IE8 - firefox - chrome with all the same results - also on different computers, same thing.
It did work under the net 3.5 code, Did I forget a setting ? Any ideas ?

Its because you don't have the needed CSS. Whenever you upgrade you should review the sticky thread about Important Skin Changes.
