Hello to everyone - This is a STRANGE oddity that I am forced to post this, but I am in need a someone who can customize and design a template for our web site.  I have TRIED and TRIED to get people to assist (and PAID for their work), however I've only found people who say one thing, then don't respond for WEEKS forcing me to get my money back through a paypal dispute -- I've even posted this work on vworker.com and the third-world countries don't want to help.

I AM WILLING TO PAY A REASONSIBLE PRICE FOR WORK! I need someone who is *WILLING* to work and who *WILL* work to contact me IMMEDIATELY.

I need a template designed for our corporate website so we can move OFF of our existing sh*tty CMS platform and finally get MojoPortal fully implemented (some 5 1/2 months later)...
