Problem with existing subsite.

I am using the latest .net 4.0 build of mojoPortal on system running Win 7 Ultimate (IIS 7.5) with SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard as the database.  I have mojo installed and working great for the root directory of www.raywatkins.com.  I also have some legacy asp applications and .net 4.0 applications running separately in sub-sites of this domain.  Per your recommendations relative to web.config inheritance in sub-sites I added the <location></location> tag to the main site web.config file.  This indeed resolved problems for two of my subsites.  However I still have two that do not work and they both are giving me this error;

"Could not load file or assembly 'mojoPortal.Web' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Any ideas?

This is an awesome application and I intend to learn as much as possible about developing features and web parts for mojo.  In the meantime I would really like to run those sub-sites in an iframe so my users can still access that functionality while I convert those applications.

Thank You for the help.

Re: Problem with existing subsite.

sorry but if that solves it for some child sites/apps I have no idea why it does not solve it for others.

If you are hosting it all on your own machine why not create additional web sites instead of putting it all under Default Web Site?
