New localization file (italian) & new skin

Hi everyone,
how I promised last week, I wrote the CultureIT.config
At the same time, I upgraded the look of my site and wrote a skin.
You can download them at the download page of my site www.sadhusoft.it
(...this is my Easter Egg for all the MP fans & developers... )
