Bug Tracking system

What about installing a bug tracking system.
As there come more and more issues a forum becomes really not enough. IMHO.

Re: Bug Tracking system

By the end of 2007 we will have some form of project management and issue tracking integrated with mojoPortal and then we will use it for bug reporting.

Until then I would rather keep using the forums, while its not perfect it works ok. I try to get to all bug reports as soon as possible and fix them.

The main reason I don't want to setup a bug tracker at this point is that I want users to register and login to this site to report bugs so until we have a bug tracking system that integrates I choose to keep using the forums. I've made it since Aug 2004 till now using forums for bugs so I think I can make it till the end of this year.

I am very glad to have folks like you reporting little things that can improve the polish of mojoPortal. It really helps a lot so please keep it up!

Thanks,

Joe

Re: Bug Tracking system

May be, for now create one more forum like "Bugs and Feature Requests History" and move everything that is already done there?
