Problems going live

Hi,

We've done mojoportal installation within our internal network and so far we haven't had an issue accessing the site internally.  We're going live to the www now, and we're facing issues.

the url is www.equestrianpromotions.com which is resolved into this IP 58.71.173.155

That ip points to the portal we setup in IIS, which is 192.168.1.6:93

that port points to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Applications\epsbportal , in which contains a default.aspx that we redirect to the other epsbportal inside that folder that contains all the portal files.

We now have 3 major issues:

1) The skin does not load! we see the content, but no skin. tried with the packaged skins available, also did not work.

2) The links on the section where there is Sign In | Site Map | Home, etc don't work because they are trying to resolve to the port. For example, when i hover above the Site Map link, it shows this: http://58.71.173.155:93/epsbportal/SiteMap.aspx

3) It takes a really long time to load a page! last timing we did was 25 seconds, which is very slow by normal standards.

Please help!

Thanks..

Re: Problems going live

Thanks Joe!

Once we got it to work the skin loads and the response time was very fast. I believe it was slow previously because it was looking for the skin.

Thanks again!
