In the latest release there appears to be a problem with TinyMCE not adding in the path of the site if it is not installed in the root.
we have a site at support.tsaadvet.com/supportportal
when using the link feature in TinyMCE and linking to an existing page the link is generated as support.tsaadvet.com/kba1001.aspx
when it should be support.tsaadvet.com/supportportal/kba1001.aspx
I think that you had fixed something similar in the previous release as it related to the images and flash/video feature of tinyMCE.
Using the workaround of manually adding in the site path works until you have a chance to address this.
