Adding Content Rating To Forum

First time poster as you can see. Is there a simple solution for adding the content rating to a thread posting? I have made a couple edits to the Thread.aspx page adding the mojoRating line to it, but as I continue to dive deeper into the coat it seems that this is not just a copy, and paste solution, as originally though.

Is this the case?

Thanks.

Re: Adding Content Rating To Forum

Hi,

There is a reason I have not yet added the rating to the forums.

A while back we introduced surrogate primary keys in most tables as a guid column. This way we could build a content rating system that was re-usable across features because each thing that wants to use ratings can pass in its own guid to get its own ratings.

Unfortunatelty at the time I was adding these surrogate guid columns to tables someone else was working on some changes to the forums so I skipped that feature and never added the guids to avoid interfering with what he was working on. So I need to add guids to the forum tables in order to be able to use the rating there. I've made a note on my list to remind me to try to get to that soon.

Best,

Joe
