Skin never applied to my solution

Skin never applied to my solution

Hi all

I downloaded the latest source code of Mojo Portal and opened using Visual Studio 2008. When I run the solution the output appears to be like this

the skin never applied to it, I tried different helps that referring to the mojoportal documentation section

please anyone help me on this,  I on analysing this product for my clients... I am struck up the basic skin change level :(

Hi ,

1-Change skin of site by clicking key icon.

2-set following settings in your web.config as false.

<add key="CacheCssOnServer" value="true" />
<add key="CacheCssInBrowser" value="true" />

3-Refresh you site.
