weird problem of virtual directories on godaddy&iis7

i have a shared hosting on godaddy

i have multiple domains registered on that space
organized like
~/domain.com
~/domain2.com
~/domain3.com
~/domain4.com
...

each folder is registered on IIS7 as application root; so, calling domain2.com, the application root will be the ~/domain2.com folder

i wanted to use mojoportal, but the url rewrite function will work as this: www.domain2.com/domain2.com/default.aspx

when using static pages, or php, is also strange.
files will be available from domain2.com and at the same time at domain2.com/domain2.com

any ideas/workarounds?

I assume is an godaddy&IIS7 fault (aka: imho they didn't configure it properly), and i am planning to cancel my account and take an IIS6 shared hosting

What do you think?

examples:

http://eh.ci-sta-un-ape-che-s.co.cc/ and http://eh.ci-sta-un-ape-che-s.co.cc/eh
or http://prova.dandandin.it/en/quick_guide.html and http://prova.dandandin.it/dandandin.it/documentation/en/quick_guide.html

but maybe since it is a virtual directory, it should be a correct behaviour?

but with asp pages, it is worse:
look http://mojo.dandandin.it/ that has all the links as http://mojo.dandandin.it/mojo.dandandin.it/home.aspx
the same problem is also with yetanotherforum.net, mwpsk, dasblog... (almost every asp.net app)

someone that is on godaddy has the same problem?
