skins not loading

Hello,

I just installed mojoportal on my easycgi.com hosted website. I'm on Windows 2008 server. Database is MySQL.

You can visit my installation at http://www.srinair.com/mojo

For whatever reason, the skins seem to not load up. I can login and go into settings and such, but no skins.

I unzipped the installation folder into the "mojo" folder on my website and converted the folder into an application using my hosts IIS administration console. Created the MySQL database, edited the user.config file and ran the installation and it all seemed fine. Until I had converted the folder to an application, it would not run the install.

Anyways, I don't know what I have done wrong.

Can anyone please help?

Thanks.

Sri

Re: skins not loading

Hi,

Sorry it took so long to reply, I was sick yesterday.

On Win 2008, you have IIS 7, by default it uses a new kind of application pool named "Integrated", you need to change it to a "Classic" application pool.

If the problem persists after that then clear your browser cache as it may have cached empty css.

Hope it helps,

Joe

Re: skins not loading

Sorry you were sick Joe. I pray this post finds you better.

I have asked my web hosting company, EasyCGI, if they can make the change you suggested.

Will let you know once it's done!

Thanks again for your help.

Have a blessed New Year!

Warm regards,

Sri
