I am using Mojo portal for a private golf club and it has been great!  Since the site is for members only, I can't put up a link to it, but I am using it for my personal website as well - http://scottdugan.net.

I have never had a problem with a mojo install.  The deployment directions are great and I've learned a lot from looking over the code.  I plan on making a few custom modules, too.
