Unable to Log In

We are running an old mojoportal Intranet

However, it appears that nobody can log into the site to make updates

Clear text passwords have been extracted from the underlying MSSQL database, but still the login fails

Any ideas please

Hi,

If you have the passwords, you should be able to login.

The site could be configured to use a username instead of the email address. Be sure you're trying both.

You can check the log located on the server. It will be in <site root>\data\currentlog.config

If you can't get into the site, we can help you through a support ticket. Just submit your info over here.
