  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

Blog Module: User Signature

Is it possible to always include user name / user signature when some user post a topic or a reply to a Blog content?

Hi,

Its not currently possible but I will look into adding an option for that, I think it would be very easy to add it. I guess the reason its not there is that my initial conception of the blog was that it would a be a per user feature rather than something where multiple authors will be posting in the same blog. But I can definitely see that as a reasonable use case for some sites so I will implement it.

What you can do right now with mojoPortal is give each author their own blog then aggregate them together using the RSS Aggregator feature. If you do that, the RSS Aggregator doea show the author's name with each post already.

Thank you very much, I'll do so and then wait for a release that has this functionality.

I'll be using this blog internally in my company and I want to publish article and want to know who makes reviews. It's kind of a forum, but not with that great quantity of topics.
