CKEditor Drag and Drop image file upload

Hi Everyone,

Sorry, I couldn't find this anywhere so I'm posting a question. I used and older version of MojoPortal where I used to work and was able to get drag and drop file image uploading into the HTML Content working, with what I recall was CKEditor (it definitely wasn't TinyMCE).

Can someone point me in the right direction on getting this set up for MojoPrtal 2.6.0.0 for MSSQL? I'm trying to improve speed of content creation from what is currently being used and a sticking point is the need to perform the file upload and then select the file.

Thanks in advance!

Re: CKEditor Drag and Drop image file upload

We updated CKEditor to the latest edition at the time of 2.6.0.0's release, and the drag-&-drop plugin that mojo had was no longer supported by CKEditor.

It was a neat feature and that most people didn't use and it kind of encouraged people to dump everything into the media folder, which is very messy and makes managing those files harder down the line, so we decided to not to replace the feature.

I will look into making the workflow of uploading/adding images easier, but for now I'm afraid I don't have a better answer for you.
