Knowledgebase Feature

Hi! Does MojoPortal have a built-in capability to maintain a knowledgebase?  If so, how do I turn this on?

Hi,

mojoPortal doesn't have anything built-in that is called a knowledge base but one could use one of the built-in features to create a knowledge base.

  • HTML Content 
    • The process would be to create a page named Knowledge Base, add the Child Page Site Map feature to it and then create your knowledge base article pages under this page. The Child Page Site Map feature will automatically populate with pages underneath "Knowledge Base".
  • Blog
    • Create a page named Knowledge Base, add the Blog feature to it, and then create your articles as Blog Posts. Has the advantage of categories and related posts.
