Reset Skin GUID - Now Error loading Home page

Hi,

I screwed up something but I am not sure what.

I clicked on the Administration | Advanced Tools | Design Tools | Cache Tool |Reset Skin Version GUID...  Now when I try to load the Home page I get an error.

"We're sorry but a server error has occurred while trying to process your request.

The error has been logged and will be reviewed by our staff as soon as possible. It is possible that the error was just a momentary hiccup and you may wish to use the back button and try again or go back to the home page."

still getting same error but log has changed after I ran SP in DB... SP was NOT missing...

Here is the log file... now it is the ICOmparer.Compare() that is returning an error... Where do I look now?
