Could not find the sitemap node with URL

Could not find the sitemap node with URL

hello,

   I added the pages using the URL manager. I added the five links to main menu. But when I added the pages to one of links of main menu using the URL mapping for friendly URL it giving me error like "Could not find the sitemap node with URL". So there is any limitation for adding the pages to links? How much steps of pages we can add in one another?

Hi,

I added the pages using the URL manager

The Url manager doesn't add pages it can only add mappings to existing pages so I have no idea what you are talking about. Most users should never have to use the Url Manager for anything. You also do not have to add pages to links in the menu, when you create a page the menu link is created automatically.

If you watch this video it shows how to add pages. There is no limit on number or nesting pages that I know of.

i added a page on root menu then i also added some pages in to that root page and also added friendURL to that pages under the root pages then it give "Could not find the sitemap node with URL" error to me at the time of adding friendly urls to my nested pages. After that it not shows any pages under the root .
