Hello.

I've had a site happily using version 2.3.9.0 for several years now, but just recently it stopped me uploading images  and gives this error message

"We're sorry but a server error has occurred while trying to process your request.

The error has been logged and will be reviewed by our staff as soon as possible. It is possible that the error was just a momentary hiccup and you may wish to use the back button and try again or go back to the home page."

There is no corresponding entry in the system log.

It seems to relate purely to uploading new images. I can use already uploaded images fine and make any other changes to a page.
