Code in the site does not recognize when using SSL

Hi All,

I have an odd error that I'm wondering if anyone else has seen (and fixed.) I have a couple of places where I use "SiteUtils.GetSkinBaseUrl(this.Page)" to add a one-off css link reference to the page header. I recently set up and published the site to a new test server, SSL is configured and certificate in place, but this method only ever returns the skin file reference with http:// and it's causing browser security warnings to load insecure content. Any ideas?

Thanks,

John
