Remove purchased add on feature from site

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is correct place to ask this question.

I purchased Mega gallery for my site quiet some time ago. It is no longer supported and I'm now unable to upgrade site to latest version of mojoportal 2.4.0.8 as the indexing no longer works.

How do a remove this add on feature from my site? I have removed all instances where it has been used, but thought to check for the correct proceedure before I went any further, It is a multisite installation.

I have gone back to version 2.4.0.4

I checked the system log and it came up with Mega gallery being the problem

Thanks in advance for your help.

Cheers

Vicki

Re: Remove purchased add on feature from site

That feature installed a file in the folder /Setup/ProviderConfig/indexbuilders

that file plugs it into the search index and removing that file will unplug it and stop the error that happens whenever indexing is done.

I don't know the name of the file but hopefully it is named according to the feature name

Hope that helps,

Joe
