Forums - option to expose/search thread identifier and show open/closed

We sometimes use a mojoPortal Forum as a way of raising tickets/issues/questions on a project. A bit like these forums in fact. We think there are a couple of minor things that would make this even more powerful, for you and us!

  1. Include an option (feature setting) to display the thread ID, for reference purposes. The thread ID is currently visible in the URL, but it could usefully be displayed in a column on ForumView.aspx.
  2. Allow this reference ID to be searchable using the forum search.
  3. Show (again optionally) the open/closed status of a thread on ForumView.aspx, perhaps as a column headed "Closed?" with checkboxes, or headed "Status" showing "Open"/"Closed". This could use the same flag as that which currently locks a thread.
  4. An easier way to close a thread (e.g. a button alongside "Reply" on Thread.aspx, to "Close/Lock"). Or a check box available when posting: "Close the thread? [X]". Available to those with edit permissions on the feature, or even better...
  5. Add an extra permission setting: roles able to close a thread. These users get the Close button above, but cannot edit threads in other ways. This is fine tuning!

I have logged these requests in our project tracker.

Thanks,
