Web Store Product options - help

Hi Joe,

I am setting up a webstore and some of my products have options. Like color or flavor. Is there a way to do this from a base product ?

An options dropdown would  be great, but if not, could I create a custom control and manually add the product into the cart ?

Any help ?

WebStore functionality is very basic at this time. In the future we hope to offer some webstore extensions to better meet general ecommerce needs.

Is there a way a can insert a product via code into the users cart ?

Hi Bill,

Anything is possible but I don't really have any advice to offer on doing that. Even if you figure out how to do it WebStore is subject to change and custom code could get broken later. I hope to have some WebStore extensions available this summer but I can't make any promises about dates or features right now.
