Unable to complete upgrade from 2.3.9.6 to 2.3.9.7

Unable to complete upgrade from 2.3.9.6 to 2.3.9.7

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade my site from 2.3.9.6 to 2.3.9.7. I'm using My SQL. From the website (Arvixe) I see that the web server is MS IIS/7.5, My SQL server version 5.1.66-community, protocol 10 and MySQL client version 5.0.51a.

I copied all the new files to the server overwriting the old ones just like I have done in the past for all the other upgrades. This time, it get the following messages.

Probing system...
File system permissions ok.
MySQL database connection ok.
database permissions are sufficient to alter schema.
database initial schema already exists.
database core schema needs upgrade.
1 site(s) found.

Then it just stops. No error messages or anything.  I have tried to copy the setup folder again, but still the same problem.  Any idea on how I can fix, or at least where to look for what is going on?

Seems like maybe files are missing from beneath /Setup folder. I would upload the /Setup folder from mojoportal package plus the /Setup folder from mysql data layer package again

also I would see if it is logging any errors in /Data/currentlog.config

Something must have gotten mucked up when I was copying the files for the MySQL setup. I recopied those files and everything worked just fine. Thanks for your speedy help!!
