I just upgraded to the .net 4 of 2.3.9.5 and added a second site. I noticed on the second site ( and a few others I created for testing ) that I get ads on all the sites I create, but not the root ( first ) site.
Root site
www. jeffduty.com ( nothing public there sorry for the blankness of the site )
sub site
www.fluffycoder.com ( new, nothing there yet, sorry )
Is this normal?

never mind, its the skin, some of them have ads in them. I was unaware.
you are free to remove them.
