Email confirmation

Is there any way to set up a form with Form Wizard Pro that allows the user to fill out the form and enter their email address before pressing submit, and then receive the contents of the form in a conformation email?

Yes, the latest version of Form Wizard Pro has an Email question type. If you add one of those to your form and then check the box in Settings > Notification Settings > Copy Submitter Email With Notification?

It will send an email to the form submitter.
