I've tried twice this morning and once yesterday to clone the MojoPortal source code and I get a stream unexpectedly ended error:

We've been having various problems with the repository for several days. I sent a support request to the codeplex team yesterday, hopefully I'll hear back from them soon.

I still haven't heard back from the codeplex team but try the workaround on this thread.
