CSS issues localhost/computername IE

Hi,

I found this question kind of weird, because the issue is weird.

I have a site using "artisteer31-fullheader" skin - mojoportal v 2.3.8.1 - IIS 7.

The site is running perfectly when I browse the site as http://localhost, but if I try to browse it with the computer name like http://myservername - the page is builded completely different (really bad), I was debuggin the build and tracing the log, but there is nothing in the log.

I think is something with AddToCombinedScript tag, or StyleSheetCombiner, because the generated files are completely different, no clue.

I think probably it was  r/w permissions to the site folder, (after hours I set "Everyone" full control -just to test - no luck)

The issue is only present with IE (8 & 9).

I test the same behavior in a virtual machine, same issue.

Does somebody have an idea how to fix this?

Thanks!
