If you are having trouble evaluating our products on the public demo site due to other users using the site at the same time, please contact us and we can arrange to create a private demo site where you can evaluate the software without interference from other users.
All software sales and donation orders are final. Note that our products have no locks or activation required so once a download has been recorded we consider the product as delivered. We may agree to software refunds on a case by case basis at our discretion if we determine that no attempts have been made to download the product and you contact us requesting a refund within 48 hours after ordering.
