Hello,
I have a multi-site installation which I inherited from a previous developer. I created a new site everything works fine. When I go to add additional feature modules like Blog, Forums, Feed Manager, Simple List/Links, Form Builder; this list doesn't appear to have all of the feature modules of the other sites it only has HTML Content as an option. How do I enable these feature modules for this site as well?

Take a look at the "Assigning Features to Sites" section of the Multiple Sites documentation. It should get you going.
