Help window popup bad using skin styleshout techmania (greybox problem?)

Using styleshout techmania skin, the popup window that appears when you click one of the question marks for help does not really work. In IE8 it pushes the page content down and occupies the top part of the browser, with white background but no close button; in Chrome 11 it does similar but with no background.

Is this a problem with greybox? - I'm concerned it might affect image galleries etc as well though have not tested yet. Or is there something wrong with my setup?

Hi,

You should look at the important skin changes sticky thread that outlines changes in new versions of mojoPortal. Specifically you are missing the needed CSS for colorbox which we use now instead of greybox.

Or if you have not modified the skin then you could copy the updated version of the original skin from /Data/skins into /Data/Sites/[SiteID]/skins

I downloaded this styleshout techmania skin from the https://demo.mojoportal.com site a couple of days ago, and haven't modified it. In fact you can see the problem on the demo site now.

I've had a quick look at the sticky thread and couldn't spot what I need - this styleshout skin is not mentioned.

Any pointers gratefully received!

Hi,

The demo site is now fixed, it did not have the latest version of styleshout-techmania, that skin ships in the extra skins download from our codeplex download page, so if you get it from there it should be up to date.
