http://www.simplycyfair.com - this is a community resource site with a niche focus on young families in the Cypress-Fairbanks community, located in the Houston, TX region. I've been very impressed with my client's utilization of the site - the ability to schedule blog postings, assign rights/roles access to her guest bloggers and content editors - it's been an excellent tool for her, and the ad management plug-in I wrote for her is working out great. I'm about to start implementing the ad management tool in a number of other sites; I'll try to post an open demo as soon as I have time.
