Hi Joe, we had some internal users approach us about developing a feature to track informal employee events (things like aerobics classes, volunteering for work at a picnic, etc.). I immediately thought that we could use Event Calendar Pro with "free" ticketing for this, so I tried playing around with it, and it works very well. There are just a couple of changes that would make it fully usable for this purpose:

First, we need an option at the event level to allow everyone to see the attendees who are already signed up for that event. This doesn't have to be as elaborate as the "view orders" link--just a list of names would be fine.

Second (and this is probably important for everyone using ECP), when an event's time or location is changed, or when an event is deleted, if there are attendees signed up for it, then it should automatically email those attendees to let them know that a change has occurred.
