Cannot upload file

When I use SharedFiles module to upload a file, I keep getting error, but the module shows the link of the file even though there is an error. When I click the download link, nothing happens. Can you help me?

Thanks,

Jeffrey

Re: Cannot upload file

Can you tell us what the error is? You can view the mojoPortal system log by going to Administration - System Log.

Thanks,
Joe D.

Re: Cannot upload file

System Log is empty.

Here is the error message:

We're sorry but a server error has occurred while trying to process your request.

The error has been logged and will be reviewed by our staff as soon as possible. It is possible that the error was just a momentary hiccup and you may wish to use the back button and try again or go back to the home page.

Is it a permission issue?

Re: Cannot upload file

Yep, that's a permissions issue. Make sure you have the App_Data and Data directories writable by your web process user.

HTH,
Joe D.
