Hi Joe, everyone, we just noticed that for blogs, the generated RSS feed is including a link for comments, even when comments are disabled on the blog instance.
Tested on version 2.3.5.4.

There is a setting for this under the Feed Settings section of blog settings.

Just from a usability standpoint, do you agree it would be best to disable the feed comments link if the blog comments are disabled, regardless of the feed comment check box? [Possible future action item]
