Yes, if your current version of mojoPortal is lower than 2.3.4.5, you should upgrade the add ons at the same time because both mojoPortal and the add ons depend on AjaxControlToolkit. In version 2.3.4.5 we upgraded mojoPortal to a newer version of AjaxControlToolkit, and the latest versions of Form Wizard and Event Calendar Pro also depend on this newer version. So if you upgrade mojoPortal but still have older versions of the add ons then it will not work because they depend on different versions of AjaxControlToolkit.
In general it is always a good idea to upgrade to the latest versions of the add ons at the same time as upgrading mojoPortal to make sure they are compatible, but for sure in this case it will be important especially if you are upgrading from an older version of mojoPortal.
