mojoPortal Online User Group Meeting May 18, 8:00 EDT

Join us for our 3rd Official mojoPortal Online User Group Meeting on Yamisee. This month's meeting will be hosted by Joe Davis of i7Media.

The Agenda for these meetings is loose but usually includes the following:

Q&A

  • Questions for Joe Audette
  • Help with your difficult issues
  • Brainstorm desired features

Less spot left in this event than days until it happens. If you want to attend, sign-up soon so you don't miss out.

Past events have been great so I encourage active mojo users to attend.

Thanks to all who attended the online user group last night!

Special thanks to Joe Davis for giving us an excellent presentation and to David Dean who makes it possible to have these meetings with his Yamisee service.

And Happy Birthday to Matt who attended even though it was his Birthday!

These meetings have really turned out to be a lot of fun, I'm already looking forward to next month's meeting. Those who haven't attended one yet I hope you'll check it out sometime.

Thanks, Joe, and everyone else who wished me a happy birthday!  I had fun participating even though my audio was not working correctly and couldn't talk with you all.

Thanks to Joe Davis also for that great presentation - I was just getting ready to look into that issue actually, so you saved me a lot of time! :)

I look forward to next month's meeting as well!

Hi Matt,

fyi, I've modified our old legacy control PageTitle with Joe Davis's changes so it will be possible to just use <portal:PageTitle id="pt1" runat="server /> instead of using a custom UserControl to achieve the same result. This change is in the repository now, if you open repo explorer in TortoiseHG and do Pull then Update it should get you the latest code.

Thanks very much - that's great! :)

So the <portal:PageTitle> won't show the Site title with it anymore (so it won't show "mojoPortal.com - About)?

Correct it will only show the actual page name or override title just as Joe D had it in his custom UserControl.
