Feature dropdown - contact form gone!

Hi,

I am having some issues with my website that i am messing about with. The contact form is no longer in the feature dropdown when i am adding content to a page?

any ideas how it could have dissappeared?

If you're working with a sub site, you can look under Administration, Site Settings, Features tab, and make sure it's included in the selected features area.

If this is your main site, the only advice I can offer is to rerun the site setup (navigate to http://[yoursite]/setup/) and hopefully this will fix any installation problems with that feature that may have cropped up.

Jamie is correct that if you are talking about child sites that is the likely issue.

Only other way I can think of it happening is if you created a custom feature and copied the FeatureDefinition file from the contact form and modified it for a custom feature but did not change the featureguid to a new guid then your feature basically took over the contact forms feature guid.

Thanks for the replies,

It was actually the main site, and I am not sure what happened, but put the latest version of mojo on and its fixed the problem. Although I am now suspected the problem might have been me just not being able to see the feature in the drop down list lol
