Form Wizard Pro Causing an Error

I installed for wizard pro on a site last night, thought it was working fine. Today when I add a Form Wizard to any page it throws up the "we had a hiccup" screen. Any ideas how I goofed this up?

You need to upgrade to the latest mojoPortal. If you read the system requirements on the product page you will see the latest version of FWP requires 2.3.3.9 or higher. It was also mentioned in the mojo 2.3.3.9 release blog.
