Sorting the navigation bar

Sorting the navigation bar

Is there an easy way to have the navigation bar sort by alphabetical order automatically?

http://mealsnmore.com/recipes.aspx

As you can see none of the recipes are in order.  I can't imagine manually sorting these when the site is full of recipes.
