bulk upload link

windows 7 enterprise, mssql, mojo 2.3.1.9

The "bulk upload" link in the Image gallery module shows up even I am not signing in.

I confirmed this on the demo site. The Bulk Upload link does appear for the Image Gallery (not simple folder), when you are not logged in.

I have fixed this issue and re-uploaded the files to Codeplex. 

I "think" all you would need to replace is mojoPortal.Web.dll, mojoPortal.Features.UI.dll and also replace /Controls/mojoRating.ascx to fix a javascript bug if rating comments are enabled.
