It was just oversight, I did not notice that there was a separate plugin for the context menu. I've added it to the demo site and the next version preview download.

Note also that the preview build has a new file in the root named mojoTinyMCE.config that you can override to point at a custom file from user.config so you can customize the plugins and toolbars.

No its not configurable from javascript and not configurable at all in the 2.3.1.7 release.

I implemented an xml configuration file for the coming release and I added the contextmenu by default in the coming release.

I recommend install the latest 2.3.1.9-preview build to get this functionality now. Its a good stable build.
