How long are your page titles? You would have to use up about 900px of space to go outside the header.

If you want long page titles, you can always limit what is shown in the menu by setting the actual page title to something shorter and then setting the Page Title Override to whatever your long page title is.

If you want the long page title in your menu, you are going to have to edit the skin to make anything that would protrude past the header drop underneath the menu.
